BFI Library in London's Stephen Street hold DOOMWATCH paperwork

Can you help join the hunt for more DOOMWATCH information? If you can, here is an excellent place to start...

British Film Institute‎

Telephone: 020 7255 1444‎
If you live near the BFI and have some time to spare to help out we'd be very grateful to you! The BFI hold PasB sheets (Programme as Broadcast) containing all the info on what library tracks, stock film, timings, edits, and complete cast lists that were  used on-screen etc. were used in productions on microfilm up until 1980.

You can see exactly what kind of thing would be on the Doomwatch PasB's by looking at the early Jon Pertwee Doctor Who ones from the same era. The Information for the Doctor Who story Inferno can be found as a PDF here as an example of what we are looking for. If anyone is able to browse the music section and look up DOOMWATCH, please get in touch with us! The BFI only charge five pounds for a day pass.

With thanks to Tony Darbyshire for the information.
